Arbitration and Class Action/Jury Waiver Notice

Summary: You agree that, except for certain types of disputes outlined in the arbitration agreement, all disputes between you and  Astrix Experts will be resolved through mandatory, binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits, class-wide arbitrations, consolidation, court proceedings, or jury trials as set forth in the arbitration agreement located in Sections 17 and 118.

Modification Notice Summary:  Astrix Experts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement. If you do not accept the modifications, you must cease using our website, services, or platform. Continued use of our services or platform after modifications will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

Legal Contract: This document constitutes a legal and binding agreement referred to as “Terms,” “Agreement,” or “Contract.” By accessing or using our website, services, or platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth. These terms apply to your use of www.astrixexperts.com, its mobile and desktop versions, applications, and all forms of communication, including emails, chats, and voice calls (collectively referred to as “Platform”).

 Astrix Experts and its subsidiaries (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) own and operate the Platform, providing services, including IT support, printer repair, and more. By accessing or using our Platform or services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

This agreement is applicable to all individuals or entities accessing or using our Platform, whether on behalf of an organization or in a personal capacity. If you are accessing these services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind the organization to this agreement.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. If you disagree with any modification, you must cease using our services. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

Privacy Policy: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on how we protect your data. This policy, along with the terms in this agreement, governs your use of our Platform. We are not governed by HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), so please refrain from disclosing or storing any protected health information (PHI) on our Platform if HIPAA regulations apply to you.

Use of Our Services and Platforms

 Astrix Experts provides access to its services and platforms under the conditions outlined in this agreement. All content submitted or communicated via our platforms must be accurate and truthful. Our platforms contain proprietary, intellectual property owned by  Astrix Experts, and access is granted under a non-transferable license. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to disassemble our platform without prior written consent.

Any feedback you provide about our platforms becomes the property of  Astrix Experts, and we reserve the right to use that feedback in any manner, including the creation of derivative works.

You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using the content on our platforms except as permitted by this agreement.

License and Restrictions

By using our Platform, you grant  Astrix Experts a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any feedback, content, or modifications you provide. This license is granted for any purpose in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

 Astrix Experts is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services or platforms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration as described in the arbitration agreement section, and you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
